Product Replacements If a product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it. Please return the damaged item within 7-10 business days of receipt, and we will issue a replacement promptly. Digital & Printed Products: Should there be any issues with digital files, replacements will be provided. Coaching and Consultation Services: Payment for all group or personal coaching and consultation services is required upfront. Refunds are not available once information or ideas have been exchanged.
