Product Replacements If a product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it. Please return the damaged item within 7-10 business days of receipt, and we will issue a replacement promptly.
Digital Products Should there be any issues with digital files, replacements will be provided.
Coaching and Consultation Services Payment for all group or personal coaching and consultation services is required upfront. Refunds are not available once information or ideas have been exchanged. However, you may reschedule your appointment or transfer it to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend.
